You can try ctrlside for 7 days before paying anything. And if the first month still isn't right, we'll give your money back.

Your first payment

If ctrlside isn't working for you within 14 days of your first payment, ask and we'll refund it in full. No questions, no forms to fill.

After that

You can cancel anytime from Manage Subscription… in the ctrlside menu. You won't be charged again, and ctrlside keeps working until the end of the month you paid for. We don't refund partial months, but if something went wrong on our side (a double charge, a charge after you cancelled, ctrlside not working because of us), we'll make it right.

How to ask

Use the contact form, or reply to your Stripe receipt. Include the email you paid with. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 days depending on your bank.
